GNO and BNO

So tonight girls and boys went our separate ways. Liv and I decided we needed to do some shopping, and eating. We had a great time. First we met Lindsay (my little sis) and did a little eating at Jason's Deli. Then headed to Fashion Place Mall for a little shopping. We had a great time! It is nice to spend time alone with her. She is growing up tooo fast. It kills me! (How old am I?)

So, with the girls shopping, the boys went bowling. Harris loves to bowl and did awesome. He even got a strike and two spares! (thank you wii) Chet also dragged him to the Apple store, but being a guy he loved that too. He didn't want to leave. Even little, a man's a man I guess.

Livvy's Day

So, today was Livvy's day, really. First she got the "Principals 200 Club" award at school. (third year in a row!) It is a special award at her school that honors outstanding students for various reasons. She really is an amazing student and person.

Second, she received her yellow belt in karate. She was great! She had all of her forms perfect. She has worked very hard for this promotion. I am glad that she has found a hobby that she loves. She never really got into dance. Which is fine by me. I'm not a "dance" mom. ;)

My first blog

Well, here I go. I'm not sure about this whole blogging thing, but since everyone I know has one I thought that I should get my act together and do one. It will be a good way for out of state family and friends to keep up with us. Hopefully, I learn how to blog quickly.
